Set in the Matrix trilogy’s cyberpunk universe, French-directed Kaydara is making waves all over the net. Raphael Hernandez and Savitri Joly-Gonfard boldly picked up the story line created by the Wachowski brothers but added an interesting twist:
Kaydara, a bounty hunter who is living separately from the Human Resistance, does not believe in the prophecy of “The One.” He sees this so-called savior as a threat to the awakening of Man’s self-awareness and considers him an enemy. If their paths cross, Kaydara will not hesitate to confront him.
